Triumph Over Burnout: How I Saved My Teaching Career

Are you burnt out?  Demoralized?  So was I.  I did some stuff.  It helped.  Now I love my job again.  Maybe you can too!

  1. This applies to students as well. I started as a blog simply to get constant writing practise but I find it helps with the demoralization that occurs when you start having one of those existential crisis type moments where the gears just seem to turn regardless of what they may be doing to your bones XD Thanks Siobhan

  2. I was directed to your blog by my former thesis advisor. She said I’d like your stuff and I do. It feels like we have been leading parallel lives, in some ways. I am currently taking a leave from my teaching position – blogging and meditating are two things have been helping me greatly. Keep writing and feel free to check out my blog. I don’t understand Twitter yet but I’m starting to get the hang of the blog thing.
