    Phone jammers on campus are the answer!

    Simple … don’t allow them at school.

    Med Difficilty … don’t allow them to be out in class.

    Highest maintenance …Only allow the most mature kids to have them. (Nearly impossible to monitor)

    I say the simple is the best.
